Our Mission
Proxon helps organizations manage AI work by turning scattered tools, agents, prompts, workflows, policies, spend, and outcomes into one system of record.
We help companies see what AI is being used, connect it to owners and business context, govern it without slowing adoption, and scale the patterns that actually work.
Our Vision
We believe the next operating model for companies will include a synthetic workforce: humans working alongside agents, copilots, automations, and AI-to-AI review loops. Managing that workforce will require the same fundamentals every organization needs for people: roles, ownership, budgets, performance, policy, auditability, and continuous improvement.
Proxon is building the control plane for that future: the place where leaders can understand what work is happening, who owns it, what it costs, what risk it carries, and which patterns should spread.
Our Story
After more than two decades of building and scaling startups together, our team has watched the same pattern repeat: a new way of working appears, adoption runs ahead of visibility, and organizations struggle to turn scattered momentum into a durable operating model.
With AI, the gap is bigger. Employees are bringing their own tools, teams are building agents, spend is shifting into usage-based services, and valuable workflows are spreading informally or not at all. We built Proxon to make that work visible, accountable, governable, and measurable.
Our Team
After meeting at the CS department at Carnegie Mellon University, the Proxon founding team has worked together for over 20 years, building four startups with $9 billion in exits and delivering meaningful returns to every investor.
Our experience spans viral, multiplayer products, enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, and AI-native workflows. We have lived the challenge of turning promising technology into a durable operating system, and now we are building the infrastructure every company will need for AI work.
