Setup and privacy
- The macOS observer no longer asks for Input Monitoring or Notifications, and it never taps your clicks or keystrokes. Setup is shorter and asks for less.
- Admin onboarding is reorganized into a recommended set and developer options, and the old signal-strength bars that filled in before anything was installed are gone.
Understanding your data
- Every rung of the My Usage skill ladder now has a "Learn more" that explains what the level means, how you reach it, and what earned you the level you hold.
- New customers see their captured data right away instead of waiting for the first rollup, and the Adoption view loads faster.
Admin
- The Members table shows Joined and Last login as columns, with a direct Deactivate button where it applies.
Capture reliability
- Broader, steadier capture on macOS, including Claude Desktop and VS Code, with more accurate plan and pricing.
- On Windows, the tray now shows when data is not reaching the cloud instead of dropping it silently, enrollment survives app upgrades and uninstalls, and ARM64 machines show an honest "limited capture" state.
- Several causes of stuck data delivery are fixed on both platforms.
