Velocity for engineering teams

Velocity is a new page that shows whether your engineering team is getting faster in ways that hold up through review, testing and release. Connect GitHub or GitLab, choose which repositories to include, and Proxon builds the dashboard from your pull request, review and commit history. No manual tracking is needed.

• Output that accounts for review: See review-weighted output per engineer and per team, plus pull request, review and commit volume with 90-day changes.
• Cycle time: Follow work from first commit to pull request, review and approval, and see where it waits.
• Benchmarks: Compare output against the median and top 10% of a peer cohort.
• AI impact: See how much merged work came from AI tools and how much from people, which tools are used in which repositories, and how each tool's work held up after merge.
• Insights and drill-down: Insight cards point out patterns worth acting on, and you can open the pull requests behind any number.

A reworked Adoption page

The Adoption page now measures adoption in AI engaged time, so it reads the same way whichever tools your organization has connected. A person gets credit for every 5-minute window in which they used AI, and the page reports it as hours per person per week. Five minutes is short enough that a light user's numbers aren't inflated, and long enough that natural pauses in someone's work don't count against them. Prompts and tokens still appear as supporting figures.

Some integrations, such as Gemini for Workspace and Microsoft 365 Copilot, don't report enough detail to measure engaged time. If your organization uses them without Proxon's observers installed, the page counts prompts instead.

Plan Usage on Cost Intelligence

A new Plan Usage table on the Cost Intelligence page replaces the "By plan" tab in Spend Explorer. It lists every AI plan your organization pays for, one row per plan. Sort it to see which plan costs the most and which gets used the least.

• Each row shows the plan, its vendor, seats, active employees, % usage, and its fixed and metered cost per month.
• Plans come from two sources: the ones Proxon sees in your team's traffic, and the ones your connected vendors report directly, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Enterprise.
• Seats use the vendor's purchased count when the integration reports one. % usage is active employees divided by seats, so unused seats stand out.

Claude Enterprise integration

Proxon now connects to your Claude Enterprise organization, so you can see AI spend and adoption for everyone on your plan, even people who haven't installed the observer.

• One-step setup: Connect with an admin API key and enter your seats, per-seat price, prepaid credits and OpenTelemetry settings in a single window.
• People mapped for you: Seat holders are added to your roster, and Map people matches Claude accounts to the right person when emails differ.
• Across Proxon: Claude Enterprise data now shows up in Cost Intelligence, Spend Explorer, Adoption and My Usage.

Zero-touch certificate trust for managed Mac fleets

Proxon now establishes trust for its traffic-inspection certificate silently across a managed macOS deployment, with no password prompt for any employee. Push one organization certificate profile through your MDM alongside the observer, and every Mac is covered.

Under the hood, each Mac's certificate is signed by a key that belongs to your organization alone. That key is held in AWS KMS and never lives on any laptop. Macs receive short-lived certificates that are valid for an hour, renewed every 30 minutes, and scoped only to the AI providers Proxon inspects, with private keys generated inside the Secure Enclave. If trust ever lapses, traffic is never blocked. Inspection simply pauses and heals on its own.

The Devices view shows trust status per machine, whether covered or waiting on your MDM, so you catch a gap before an employee does.

Setup and privacy

• The macOS observer no longer asks for Input Monitoring or Notifications, and it never taps your clicks or keystrokes. Setup is shorter and asks for less.
• Admin onboarding is reorganized into a recommended set and developer options, and the old signal-strength bars that filled in before anything was installed are gone.

Understanding your data

• Every rung of the My Usage skill ladder now has a "Learn more" that explains what the level means, how you reach it, and what earned you the level you hold.
• New customers see their captured data right away instead of waiting for the first rollup, and the Adoption view loads faster.

Admin

• The Members table shows Joined and Last login as columns, with a direct Deactivate button where it applies.

Capture reliability

• Broader, steadier capture on macOS, including Claude Desktop and VS Code, with more accurate plan and pricing.
• On Windows, the tray now shows when data is not reaching the cloud instead of dropping it silently, enrollment survives app upgrades and uninstalls, and ARM64 machines show an honest "limited capture" state.
• Several causes of stuck data delivery are fixed on both platforms.
