How Proxon works

Proxon watches AI where it actually happens, ties each piece of that activity to a person and a cost, and turns the result into a view you can act on. You choose what to connect and how much detail to capture, and Proxon handles the rest.

From activity to insight

• Collect. Proxon gathers AI usage from the sources you connect. Client-side observers run on employee machines, AI vendor integrations pull usage and cost from the vendors you already pay, and developer options instrument your own tools and agents. See Data collection for the full set.
• Attribute and price. Proxon ties each event to the person and team behind it and works out the cost from token counts, using a price book it maintains on its own servers. Raw activity becomes who used which tool, how often, and what it cost.
• Understand and improve. Proxon connects that usage to the outcomes you measure and shows where AI is adopted, what it costs, and what your strongest users do differently. You spread what works, cut what does not, and show what the spend bought.

You control what is captured

The client-side observers share a single capture level that an admin sets, and the most detailed, content-aware level stays off until an admin turns it on. The other sources carry only what you give them. See What Proxon captures for what each level includes.
