Quickstart

What standing up Proxon involves, from connecting your AI usage to seeing your first results.

This is the short version of getting Proxon running, so you know what to expect. After you sign up, Proxon's onboarding flow walks you through each of these steps.

  1. Choose how you collect AI usage. Most organizations start with the recommended set. See Data collection.
  2. Choose how the observers reach people's devices. Distribute the client-side observers with your device-management tool, or have people install Proxon themselves. With self-service, each person downloads and installs it after they join your organization on Proxon, so it is tied to them signing up. See Deploying to devices.
  3. Connect your AI vendors. For cost straight from the source, connect the AI vendors you already pay for. See AI vendor integrations.
  4. Import your org chart. Bring in your reporting structure so Proxon can roll up AI usage and spend into teams and departments. See Directory and HRIS import.
  5. Confirm data is flowing. Check that devices are reporting before you rely on the numbers. See Confirming data is flowing.
